Verantwortlicher Einheit Zentrale Werkstätten (m/w) Arbeitsort : Martinach Ihre Mission : Sie leiten unsere zentralen Werkstätten in Martinach und führen ein Team von rund 35 Mitarbeitenden sowie das Ausbildungszentrum mit 25 Lernenden. In dieser Funktion sind Sie verantwortlich für die vollständige Leitung dieser Einheit, einschließlich Budget- und Auslastungsplanung. Sie coachen Ihre Mitarbeitenden aktiv und fördern sie in ihrer fachlichen und persönlichen Weiterentwicklung. Als Kadermitglied der Abteilung Betrieb & Unterhalt arbeiten Sie an deren Strategie und Entwicklung mit. Zusammen mit Ihren Kollegen stellen Sie die Erarbeitung und Umsetzung von technischen Konzepten sicher, mit dem Ziel die Verfügbarkeit und den effizienten Betrieb der von uns betriebenen Wasserkraftanlagen zu gewährleisten. Ihre Kompetenzen : Wir wenden uns an einen erfahrenen Manager mit einer Ausbildung als Maschinenbauingenieur oder einem gleichwertigen Hintergrund mit mindestens 5 Jahren Erfahrung im Industrie- oder Wasserkraftbereich.   • work in a start-up environment, developing and executing new verticals and use cases.

You are a good fit if you have:

  • the ability to identify high-probability customers and high-value segments to go after;
