Main activities


Relationship Management

bull;Prepare client action plans with Relationship Managers and Business Lines
bull;Collaborate with all business lines present in and outside of Switzerland (Cash Management, Trade Finance, Global Markets, Export Finance, Factoring, Arval, etc.
bull;Ensure prompt and accurate maintenance of BNP Paribas client monitoring tool (call reports, status of opportunities, pipeline management)
Credit Analysis
bull;Support the Head of Credit Analysts in the portfolio and credit process management
bull;Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting
bull;Contribute to ad-hoc data reliability checks
bull;Contribute to the implementation of new guidelines and processes
bull;Assist credit analysts with credit proposals and credit committee preparation and follow-up
bull;Contribute to projects to improve organization and process efficiency

We are looking for our client, an innovative and growing medical device company, for a Lead Clinical Data Manager.
Their Clinical team manages studies to provide the safety, performance and clinical benefit data required for regulatory approval and renewal of a broad portfolio of their medical devices.
Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for end to end clinical data management of small and medium sized post market clinical trials.
  • You will manage CROs and vendors assigned with data management and EDC services.

  • You oversee EDC build and performance.

  • You ensure data reconciliation between clinical database and other databases.

  • You will work in close collaboration with the Clinical Project Managers, Statisticians and all relevant stakeholders throughout the studies.

  • You articulate the CRF questions to ease data entry by sites and to ensure.

  • You write or review data management documentation.

  • You identify and troubleshoot data management issues and obstacles for studies.

  • You train and mentor other junior Clinical Data Managers.

  • You review protocols, Statistical Analysis Plans, CSRs, and other documents as required.

  • You development and maintain data management SOPs and Work Instructions.

Your profile

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a Life Sciences or health related discipline

  • You have at least 5 years’ experience in clinical data management leading clinical trials

  • You have experience in the medical device industry

  • You have a good knowledge of clinical practice and medical terminology.

  • You understand ISO 14155 and regulatory environment

  • You are a strong team collaborator and ability to lead as needed.

  • You have a very fluent in English (spoken and written) and proficiency in French preferred.
